1. What services do you offer?

We specialize in custom embroidery services, including logo digitizing, patch creation, and personalized embroidery for apparel, accessories, and more.  

2. How much do your services cost?

Machine embroidery is a **two-step process**:

- **Step 1: Digitizing** – This is the process of converting your design or logo into a digital embroidery file that our machines can read. It ensures that every stitch, color, and detail is precisely captured.  

  - **Pricing:**  

    - **Simplified Designs** (e.g., basic words, phrases, or logos): **$20–$30**  

    - **Intricate Designs** (e.g., abstract art or detailed portraits): **$40–$60**

**Step 2: Embroidery** – After digitizing, the design is stitched onto your selected item using our embroidery machines. Pricing varies based on size, complexity, and quantity:  

  - **Custom patches** start at **$25 each**, with discounts for orders of 24 or more.  

 

Both steps work together to ensure a high-quality finished product. For a detailed quote, contact us with your specific project details.  

3. What is Digitizing?

**Digitizing** is the critical first step in machine embroidery. It involves converting a logo, design, or image into a specialized file format that guides the embroidery machine on how to stitch the design.  

 

Here’s how it works:  

1. Your design is uploaded into professional digitizing software.  

2. The software maps out every stitch, direction, and color needed for embroidery.  

3. Once finalized, the file is sent to the embroidery machine, ensuring precision and accuracy.  

 

Digitizing is essential for creating clear, detailed, and professional embroidery. Without it, the machine cannot properly recreate your design. 

. 4. What is the turnaround time for orders ?

Most orders are completed within **5–7 business days**. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. **Rush orders** are available for an additional fee—contact us to check availability.  

5. Do you provide samples before completing the full order?

Yes, we can create a sample for your review before finalizing the full order. Please note that additional charges may apply for sample production.

6. What types of items can you embroider?

We can embroider on a wide range of materials, including shirts, hats, jackets, bags, and more. If you’re unsure about an item, reach out to us, and we’ll confirm if it’s compatible.  

7. Can I bring my own items for embroidery?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to provide your own items for embroidery. Please ensure they are new or in excellent condition for the best results.  

8. Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, discounts are available for larger orders. For instance, when you order 12 or more patches, the price per patch decreases. Contact us for a personalized quote.  

9. What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:  

- **PayPal**  

- **Affirm** (buy now, pay later)  

- **Afterpay** (interest-free installment payments)  

- **Cash**  

- All major credit and debit cards  

 

If you have any specific payment requests, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

10. Do you ship orders ?

Yes, we offer nationwide shipping. Shipping fees depend on your order’s size and location. Local pickup is also available at our New York location.  

11. Can you recreate logos or designs ?

Yes, we can digitize and recreate most logos or designs for embroidery. Please provide a high-quality version of your design to ensure the best results.  

12. What is your refund or cancellation policy?**

Since our services are custom, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order’s quality, contact us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve it.  (Refer to Our Refund Policy)
